Haven’t received my toddler Superman costume and it’s 4 days until Halloween. It’s frustrating to not know what is happening and if I need another costume. Also frustrating because I ordered it almost 7 weeks ago...time will tell if I get it in time. Very disappointed

I'm not one to leave a negative review, but this experience was such a nightmare that ended without my $120 costume and a heartbroken toddler. My order was placed September 16 and was to be shipped within 2 to 3 weeks. My order never arrived. After MULTIPLE attempts to reach Tracy, she finally responded that she would overnight my order. I received a shipping notification shortly thereafter, but Tracy failed to actually ship the package. By this point all costumes in my son's size were sold out. He literally sobbed when we told him he couldn't go as Superman. Even after I opened a case with Etsy, it took Tracy several days to refund my order. The biggest issue was a lack of honest and timely communication from Tracy. When it comes to your kid, I'm not sure it's worth risking potential heartache that we experienced.

If I’m being honest the delivery process was a bit of a nightmare for me. What was supposed to take 3-5 weeks took 7 weeks and literally just arrived to me yesterday. I was so nervous it wouldn’t come in time for Halloween and actually had to buy another costume to have as a backup in case it didn’t come. That being said...this costume is incredible and the reason I gave it 5 stars! I’m super picky about quality. The fabric is soooo nice and way better than pictured! It is clearly beautifully made. I will definitely have to order more of the superhero costumes in the future. Thank you Tracy for getting it to me in time! My son loves it ❤️
